Part of a research project that conducted research on Kodava heritage and culture, and named the project ‘Sandooka’.
In the categories for the online museum, cuisine was an important section. The project was to showcase several special/traditional recipes along with an interview or commentary on the subject. The visuals could have been images, video or illustration. Some of these illustrated recipes were commissioned, that would then go onto the museum website.
